      It’s an acquired tast, and definitely art. It’s difficult to understand if you haven’t studied it at least a little bit. I was also told by my teacher afterwards that it was actually a bad performance. I guess I’m not very knowledgable about it because I couldn’t tell. ^^”

    Did you suffer death from boredom yet?
    I once died at a Kabuki performance (the “Clark” you met was actually just a ghost), and Noh is even worse.

    1. XD Luckily it was only about 2 hours long, with a Kyōgen in the middle. I also have had a class about Noh at Pitt, so I had a pretty good idea what to expect. I still wanted to see one in person though. I saw a Kabuki performance when I was in Tokyo before. I admit I did start dozing off during that one a little bit. But it was still interesting. I still want to see a Bunraku performance though. The puppets are really interesting. πŸ˜€
